"When any anxiety or gloom of the mind takes hold of you, make it a
rule not to publish it by complaining; but exert yourselves to hide
it, and by endeavoring to hide it you drive it away."
~Samuel Johnson
English Poet 1709-1784
"There's an old saying that every time a sheep bleats, it loses a
mouthful of hay. You can't hold on to what you want by grumbling
about what you don't want. While complaining may be a socially
acceptable and even expected form of conversation, our business is
always better served when we lock the door on our own personal
complaint department and throw away the key."
